LR shipbuilding steel plates refer to structural steel plates for ships and offshore engineering structures certified by Lloyd’s Register (one of the world’s most authoritative maritime classification societies). Yes. We offer customisation of thickness, width and length, as well as further processing services such as laser cutting, surface polishing and rust removal, and anti-corrosion coating. In addition, we can provide Z-direction performance testing (Z15/Z25/Z35 grades) and ultrasonic testing (UT) in accordance with project requirements.
Q2. Do you support third-party inspections?
Yes. Depending on project requirements, we can provide dual certification from major classification societies such as CCS, ABS, DNV, BV, and LR, or certification from third-party inspection agencies such as SGS.
Q3. What’s your MOQ?
The MOQ is 5 tons.
Q4. What is the delivery time for orders?
Standard orders can be delivered within 10 - 15 days. For orders involving custom rolling or specific heat treatments (such as TMCP or Q+T), the lead time is typically 25 - 40 days.
