I. Custom Dimensions

1. Extra-thick plates

Thickness: 60–180 mm. Suitable for platform pile legs, large keels and load-bearing joints. Comes standard with Z25/Z35 resistance to delamination.

2. Extra-wide plates

Width: >4200 mm. Reduces the number of welds on the hull and improves structural watertightness.

3. Custom Shapes and Dimensions

Cut to irregular dimensions as required, suitable for non-standard hull bulkheads, curved decks and similar areas.

II. Customised Surface Corrosion Protection

1. Rust Removal Treatment

Industrial-grade Sa2.5 shot blasting to thoroughly remove scale and rust, with surface cleanliness meeting international maritime standards.

Sa3.0 near-white blast cleaning is available for high-end offshore projects.


2. Anti-corrosion Coating

Standard specification: 40–80 μm epoxy zinc-rich primer, resistant to salt spray and seawater corrosion.

Polyurethane topcoats and anti-fouling paints can be applied to withstand harsh marine environments characterised by high humidity and salt spray, thereby extending the service life of the steel.

III. Customised Heat Treatment Processes

1. Normalising

Refines grain structure, homogenises microstructure and enhances low-temperature toughness, suitable for vessels operating in cold waters.

2. Stress-Relief Annealing

Eliminates internal stresses caused by rolling and cutting, preventing post-welding deformation or cracking.

3. Quenching and Tempering

Significantly improves the strength and impact resistance of thick plates, used for deep-sea heavy-duty components.

IV. Prefabrication and Advanced Processing Services

We support processes including flame cutting, precision laser cutting, drilling, bending and beveling. We can complete the prefabrication of hull sections and the welding of component assemblies in advance, thereby reducing on-site construction steps, shortening the shipbuilding cycle and meeting the requirements of overseas shipyards for lightweight construction methods.
