1. Thickness Tolerances
1) The negative thickness deviation is uniformly set at -0.30 mm (applicable to the entire thickness range);
2) The positive deviation increases with plate width, but the average thickness of the entire steel plate must not be less than its nominal thickness.

IV. Edge Curvature and Diagonal Skew
Sickle Bend: ≤3 mm/m; maximum total deviation for the entire sheet ≤12 mm
Skew (Rectangular Diagonal Deviation): ≤4 mm/m of sheet width
V. Weight Tolerances
1) Deviation from theoretical weight of the entire sheet: ±4%;
2) Weight deviations may be negotiated provided the average thickness of individual sheets complies with specifications.
VI. Delivery Condition
Default Delivery: TMCP (Thermomechanically Controlled Rolling); normalized delivery available upon request
Surface: Original hot-rolled black skin, free of cracks, bubbles, scars, folds, delamination, inclusions, etc.; surface treatments such as rust removal, shot blasting, and primer coating are available upon request.
Certificates: Complete original LR (Lloyd’s Register) material certificates from the manufacturer, with full traceability of furnace batch number, impact and tensile test results, and chemical composition.
